6月12日-13日,副市长刘明理对长沙市垃圾分类工作进行专题调研。他指出,要认真学习贯彻主席关于垃圾分类工作的系列重要批示指示精神,加快构建和完善生活垃圾分类全链条,全面推进生活垃圾分类减量,确保长沙2019年实现社区覆盖率100%。
6月12日,刘副市长前往参观了万容望城蓝岛垃圾分类回收分拣总站。望城蓝岛主要对运来的低值可回收物、大件垃圾、有害垃圾进行资源化、无害化处置,将其变成可回收利用的有价值的资源。
6月13日,刘明理副市长带队,城管局邓鹏宇局长,胡刚副局长,长沙县康勇副县长,县城管局梁应文等陪同,首先参观了湘龙街道三一街区的万容「一起分类」小蓝屋,详细了解了三一街区垃圾分类、回收、运输的现状。三一街区小区做为长沙县垃圾分类示范小区,以“三网融合”的管理手段落实垃圾分类工作,指定专人负责,实行定期考核。小蓝屋内设置了专门的有害垃圾、可回收物分类区域,小区内垃圾分类的宣传栏、指引牌随处可见,营造了垃圾分类意识先行、人人参与的良好氛围。在这良好氛围的影响下,居民积极参与,每日将垃圾送往小蓝屋分类处理,并利用环保账户系统领取可回收物称重后所得的现金或积分。
随后一行来到万容总部,在明果英董事长陪同下参观了被评为「湖南省环境教育示范基地」「长沙市生活垃圾分类社会宣传教育万容基地」的万容生态文明展示馆。展馆主要通过危机篇 / 使命篇 / 科技篇 /垃圾分类篇向大家宣传环保知识。 参观期间,明果英董事长详细介绍了「一起分类」“蓝色体系”以及大数据监管平台。
